Highlights:

The following activities may impact travel in Seattle. Note: Information is subject to change. Additional construction or events may be planned in the Seattle area.

January 30 to February 18, 2023

  • February 3: Full closure of SR 99 tunnel. Full closure of northbound and southbound SR 99 tunnel Friday 10 PM - 6 AM
  • February 3-11: Seattle Boat Show. At Lumen Field. Starts at 11:00 AM daily
  • February 3-5: Field to Table. At Lumen Field. Starts at 5:00 PM daily
  • February 3-5: Eastbound Mercer to I-5 northbound on ramp closed 11:59 PM Friday to 4:00 AM Monday
  • February 8-18: Field to Table. At Lumen Field. Starts at 5:00 PM daily
  • February 10-13: SR520 full closure. Eastbound and westbound closure of SR 520 between I-5 and 84th Ave NE. 11 PM Friday - 5 AM Monday

Ongoing

  • Weeknight closures of NB I-5 mainline between the I-5 collector-distributor and Olive Way. 9PM to 5AM nightly.
  • Weeknight (Mon - Thrs) closures of Montlake Blvd. on-ramp to EB SR520. 10PM to 6AM nightly through December 2023.
  • Starting August 12 through February 2023: I-5 express lanes reduced from four to three lanes from SR 520 to Mercer St.
