2023 Pioneer Square Rooftop Features Cleanup Bill

You may submit your comments on the SEPA addendum about environmental impacts through June 1, 2023. There is no appeal opportunity for this addendum. SDCI will consider submitted comments for possible changes to the bill. After SDCI sends the bill to the City Council, the Council Land Use Committee will hold public meetings and a hearing about this bill. This may occur in Summer 2023.

2022 Ordinance 126600

The City Council held public meetings about Ordinance 126600 in April - June 2022. A public hearing was held at the April 27 meeting of the City Council’s Land Use Committee. Watch a recording of this meeting. The committee approved the legislation with amendments on June 8, and the City Council approved it on June 14.
