Seattle Home Fairs
2023 Home Fair
Each year, SDCI hosts our annual Seattle Home Fairs. Our free home fairs include helpful information about landslide preparation, earthquake retrofits, tree regulations, accessory dwelling units, floor area ratios, and rental housing rules. They are an opportunity to ask our experts about our permitting process and code regulations.
This year we hosted a hybrid Seattle Home Fair. There were several virtual presentations in January and February, and an in-person event to ask our experts questions on February 25. We'd like your feedback if you attended any of the lectures and/or the in-person event. Please fill out this survey to let us know what you thought. We'll use the information to plan next years Home Fair.
