RSJI City of Seattle Employee Survey

The Seattle Office for Civil Rights periodically conducts a survey of Seattle City employees. The RSJI Employee Survey has three primary goals:

  1. Assess employee understanding and skill of institutional and structural racism.
  2. Gain understanding of how departments are building racial equity into programs, policies, initiatives and budget decisions.
  3. Track progress over time.
