Tours are available to view the space on Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Tours originate at the Hangar 30 SE doors with the blue awning.

Surrounded by evergreens, walk into a beautiful, large wood floored main room with a gas fireplace and dimmable lights, but continue towards a smaller art-deco lounge that includes a bar. Behind the bar you will find a caterer’s kitchen with warming ovens and a freezer. Ideal for events with different ages or multiple groups. Capacity: Up to 80 guests for a seated meal and up to 142 guests for a cocktail or standing configuration.

Facility Rental Brochure & Application
Please submit applications as early as possible. All applications must be received at least 30 days prior to your event. Note: it can take up to 14 business days to process applications.
We recommend that you list other dates/and or facilities on your application as alternative choices, in case your first choice is unavailable.

The rental and event scheduling office is not open for walk-ins at this time.
