Bryant Neighborhood Playground Renovation

Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is beginning planning for the Bryant Neighborhood Playground Renovation Project. The scope will include a new playground, accessible pathway improvements, and additional measures to improve accessibility. The playground will be informed by budget and community priorities.

The play area will be closed throughout construction. SPR is coordinating with the View Ridge Play Area renovation. Equipment in the play areas will be complimentary and both play areas will not be closed at the same time.

Budget

Seattle Park District provides $1,098,000 for planning, design, and construction.

Design: 2024-2025
Construction: 2025

Project Description

This project will replace the existing play area and make accessibility improvements. All improvements will meet accessibility requirements.

The play area will be closed throughout construction.
