Operational Statistics

Average scene time

For the period of 11/1/2020 to 10/31/2021, the average on-scene time was 41 minutes. The median was 33.7 minutes. Both calculations exclude on-scene times greater than 4 hours. 
Average dispatchers per shift

For the period of May-October, 2021 (when both units were fully operational) there were an average of 4.5 dispatches/shift. The single-day maximum was June 30, 2021 (during the heat wave), where the units recorded 11  dispatches (but closer to 40 individual).
