Financial Operations Improvement Manager

DEEL is looking for a Financial Operations Improvement Manager to manage the integration and ongoing improvement of the department's financial management processes, ensuring that all DEEL divisions have the tools, resources, and strategies needed to support program success. Financial Operations includes budget development, monitoring and reporting on the department’s financial and programmatic performance, ensuring that community-based organizations and institutional partners have appropriate contracts and controls, and ensuring that hundreds of organizations and community partners receive prompt payment for services. In this role, you will provide critical oversight to synthesize these bodies of work and cultivate strategic alignment across the department to improve the experience of our customers, partners, and team members.

Administrative Staff Assistant

DEEL is looking for an Administrative Staff Assistant to support DEEL’s Quality Practice and Professional Development (QPPD) Unit. This unit provides professional development, which includes coaching, training, assessments, and other comprehensive support to ensure that all children have access to high quality early learning programs.

Community Data and Evaluation Advisor 

DEEL is looking for a Community Data & Evaluation Advisor who will be the subject matter expert on data and evaluation strategies, including evaluation design specific to community-based organizations, data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting in collaboration with colleagues and with stakeholders of various background (e.g., small community-based organizations). This role manages overall project data quality through the entire data lifecycle, including project planning and design, data collection (data sharing agreements, creating rubrics and protocols, etcetera), analysis, synthesis, and reporting.
