- At a second meeting in March, the ten Panelists proposed names for the additional five

- Full-Panel meeting: Panelists selected a Chair and Vice Chair (Jan Hendrickson and Paul

- Full-Panel meeting: Panelists adopted a set of guiding principles;
- Admiral Garage Panel briefed recommendation issued

- Full-Panel meeting: Panelists adopted bylaws; received briefing on Olympic Sculpture

- Full-Panel meeting: discussion began on Panels mission and Panelist role

- Full-Panel meeting: discussion on Panels mission and Panelist role continued;
briefing from Design Commission staff on the Commissions work and areas for
collaboration;
- Panel issued draft status report to Mayor, Council, and public;
- Jan Hendrickson and Sara Levin met with City Department of Finance Director Dwight

January 2001
- Jan Hendrickson and Sara Levin met with Deputy Mayor Maud Daudon;
- Jan Hendrickson and Sara Levin also met with City Council President Margaret Pageler;
Panelists briefed the Councils Legislative Department and Intergovernmental Affairs
Committee on their initial status report;
- Full-Panel meeting: discussion on Panel mission and role continued.
- Eight Panelists present at 1/26/01 meeting voted to: finish review of South Lake Union
properties; submit final report to Mayor and Council; decline to review the Pacific
Northwest Aquarium project, as it is too far along in development; go on hiatus until
clear direction is received from the Executive or Council
March 2001
- Jan Hendrickson and Sara Levin met with League of Women Voters representatives to
discuss public-private partnerships and an upcoming League study on the topic; League
members encourage P4 to continue their work
May 2001
- League of Women Voters Forum on Public-Private Partnerships. Presenters include Panel
Chair Jan Hendrickson, Dwight Dively, and Council President Margaret Pageler.
- Third and fourth meetings of South Lake Union Project Panel. Panel recommendation formed
at fourth briefing.
June 2001
- South Lake Union Project Panel issues recommendation on South Lake Union property
transaction. Project Panel Chair Bob Mahon presents report at City Council public hearing
on the sale.
- Sara Levin invited to speak about P4 at International Right of Way Association
Educational Seminar in Vancouver, BC.
- Final P4 status report issued to Mayor and Council.
