Public-Private Partnership Review Panel
to review Admiral Garage Proposal
SEATTLE — Members of the city’s new Public-Private Partnership Review Panel
(P4 Panel) will meet June 2 to review the Admiral Garage proposal. This meeting is the
first step in the Panel’s review of this project. The meeting will be held from 9 to
10:30 a.m., June 2, in room 221 of the Municipal Building (600 Fourth Ave., second floor).
This P4 review will focus on the financial and public benefit elements of the proposal.
Panelists will be given an overview of the project by city staff, and will prepare a
recommendation for the City Council.
The panel is part of the city’s new process for reviewing public-private
partnerships. P4 Panelists will provide expert review of public-benefits elements of
certain public-private partnerships between the city and private or nonprofit entities.
For additional information, see the P4 website (http://cityofseattle.net/ppp/).
