In general, this report allows for 'apples to apples' comparisons of the finances of various campaigns as of the cutoff date. HOWEVER, there may be times when qualifying information is missing. The SEEC staff has made every reasonable effort to include all reports of activity prior to the cutoff date that were filed prior to the cutoff date, but we do make mistakes.
