| Wolf Saar Position: Community Representative Term: Second Term expires: April 4, 2013 | ||
![]() | Wolf Saar has 25 years of experience practicing architecture in Seattle on both public and private projects and has often participated in the design review process, both as an applicant and as a resident. He is Director of Practice for Via Architecture's Seattle office. Prior to that, he worked a a senior project manager at Weber Thompson and helped design five high-rise projects in downtown. Before that, he worked at Mithun, leading the design of institutional, commercial and multifamily projects. He has served as a board member on the Washington State University Architectural Advisory Board and the American Institute of Architects. He is a registered architect and a LEED professional. He earned a BS and BA in Architecture and a certificate in Design Firm Leadership from the University of Washington.

Clint Keithley | ||
![]() | Clint Keithley is an architect at LMN in Seattle, where he has worked on office buildings, residential towers, mixed-used developments, and a variety of performing arts and institutional buildings. Teamed with some of his colleagues, Clint won the Grand Prize and People’s Choice Award at the 2010 Green Alleys Design Competition sponsored by The City of Seattle. Clint is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the Cascadia Region Green Building Council. He earned a Masters of Architecture degree at Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and Schreyer Honors College. | |
| Evan Bourquard Position: Design Professional Representative Term: Second Term expires: April 4, 2012 | ||
![]() | Evan Bourquard is currently a project architect for the Schacht Aslani Architects, a Seattle based architecture firm that works primarily on public and institutional projects. He also worked for several architecture and engineering firms in Boston, MA. He served as the Get Engaged member of the Seattle Design Commission in 2006-07, and has also managed projects for Architects Without Borders Seattle. He also regularly critiques design studios at the University of Washington architecture school. He holds a masters degree in architecture from the University of Washington and a bachelors degree in structural engineering from Tufts University.

| Lisa Picard Position: Development Representative Term: Second Term expires: April 4, 2013 | ||
![]() | Lisa Picard is a practicing real estate development professional and managing partner of Muse Development. Previously, she directed development operations of Canyon Ranch Health Resorts, Harbor Properties, Hines Interests and the Community of Civano, AZ. She also worked as an investment manager and as an urban designer. She is a certified urban planner (AICP). She holds Masters degrees in Real Estate Development and in Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BS in urban planning from the California Polytechnic University.

Chip Wall Position: Local Residential Representative Term: First Term expires: April 4, 2013 | ||
![]() | Semi-retired, Chip taught high school for 31 years. Before teaching, he was an early volunteer with the Peace Corps in India and spent three years with the US Army in Viet Nam and Europe as a combat infantry officer. For the past eleven years, he has lived in the Pike-Pine neighborhood, participating in the Pike Pine Urban Neighborhood Council, the Capitol Hill Community Council and the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce. He has been involved with design issues in South Lake Union, Cal Anderson Park and the Broadway Light Rail station.

Dawn Bushnaq Position: Local Business Representative Term: First Term expires: April 4, 2012 | ||
![]() | Dawn is an architect with her own architectural practice, Bushnaq Studio, which focuses on renovation and adaptive reuse. Prior to that, she worked at BjarkoSerra Architects and Runberg Architecture Group. She has experience on a wide range of project types, including adaptive reuse of historic structures, multifamily projects of various scales, commercial and non-profit tenant improvements, and single family residences. Through her volunteer activities, she focuses on related interests including the collaborative development of vibrant public spaces. She volunteers as a Public Space Ranger with the Pomegranate Center, assisting with the design and construction of community gathering places. She holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Yale University..
