Juror Phone Scam Alert

Please be advised that there is a nation-wide telephone scam involving persons who identify themselves as court officials, claiming that you have ignored a summons to jury duty. The fraudulent caller will then ask you for personal identifiers such as your Social Security Number to verify your identity.

Seattle Municipal Court will never ask jurors for Social Security Number over the phone and you should not divulge this information.
