Please note it may take up to 72 hours after the violation has occurred for your ticket or case to be entered into our system. If you are unable to locate your ticket or case after the 72-hour period, please call (206) 684-5600.

On-line Payment Instructions
The payment service you are about to use is processed through an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system. This application uses phone lines to display text on your screen and therefore is very specific in the way information is displayed and processed. Do not use your browser's 'BACK' navigation button and if you are inactive for more than 5 minutes during the use of this system you will be required to start your session again.

NOTICE: Effective June 15, 2009, a convenience fee charge of $ 1.00 per transaction will be added to your balance when making a payment using this online service. There is no fee charge when you pay in person.
